About

Monika Zands

Monika Zands is an executive business consultant, communications specialist and skilled negotiator serving small businesses, corporate executives, college grads, mompreneurs, and entrepreneurs who are looking for new directions in their career or in their life.

Monika uses an array of practical and experiential processes to support her clients in finding focus, balance, and a zest for their life and clarity in the choices they make.  She engages her clients in thought-provoking inquiries, inspiring them to look at things in ways they never have before.

Monika was a certified coach of “The Game”, a 90-day program about habitually stretching beyond known limits, bringing focus and action to challenges, transitions, and new initiatives.  She coached over 70 “Game players” who were trained to create challenges that stretched them beyond their prior behavior mode and comfort zone, effectively blocking the all-too-familiar “path of least resistance”.

After receiving her Master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology from The University of Santa Monica, Monika has partnered in a new business venture co-founding Autism Resources International a non-profit organization offering resources and funding to families who have lost their government funding.

Residing in Los Angeles, Monika is a wife, a mother and a tri-athlete. She serves an elite clientele from celebrities, to Olympic and professional athletes, CEOs and business executives in a wide range of businesses. She supports her clients in reaching a heightened state of mental focus, acuity and their own optimal personal performance.
